Immediate Stabilization and Function / Bicon Integrated Abutment Crowns™: Impression, Shade Recording, and Insertion of Immediately Placed and Functioning Maxillary Left Incisor Implants with Integrated Abutment Crowns™
This case demonstrates the implant level transfer impression for two maxillary left incisor implants that were immediately placed and functioning as well as the shade recording and insertion of their Integrated Abutment Crowns™.

     


1. Bonded stabilizing prosthesis prior to its being removed at the patient’s second clinical visit.


2. Radiograph of integrated implants fifteen weeks after implant placement.


3. Green 3.0mm impression reamer being inserted onto guide pin to remove any tissue which might inhibit the complete seating of an impression post.


4. Green 3.0mm impression post being inserted into the 3.0mm well of an integrated implant for the making of an implant level transfer impression.
