Full Arch / All-Ceramic Crowns: Eleven Unit Maxillary Arch
Restoration of eleven implants with Bicon aluminum oxide sleeves demonstrates the facility with which affordable all-ceramic crown restorations can be done. Restorative flexibility and ease is possible because of the versatility of the 360° universal positioning of Bicon abutments.

1. Eleven 5.0mm Bicon stealth shouldered abutments™ tapped into the well of their corresponding implants.

2. Eleven emergence cuffs and acrylic sleeves snapped onto shouldered abutments for the making of a transfer impression.

3. Transfer impression being made using two-piece sleeves. Alternatively, one-piece acrylic sleeves could have been used.

4. Emergence cuffs and sleeves being used with acrylic resin to record occlusal relationship.

5. Finished all-ceramic crowns with acrylic template for facilitating the intra-oral orientation of the all-ceramic crowns prior to and during their cementation.

6. Occlusal view of finished all-ceramic crowns built on Bicon aluminum oxide sleeves.

7. Left lateral view of cemented all-ceramic crowns.

8. Anterior view of high lip line with eleven maxillary all-ceramic crowns.

9. Post-operative radiograph of eleven Bicon implants restored with 5.0mm shouldered abutments and all-ceramic crown built directly on Bicon aluminum oxide sleeves.
