Bicon Integrated Abutment Crowns™ / Ridge Split : Mandibular Ridge Split, Two Stage Implant Placement, Uncovering, and the Making of a Full Arch Implant Level Transfer Impression
This case demonstrates a mandibular ridge split, two stage placement and uncovering of four mandibular posterior implants as well as the implant level transfer impression for the insertion of Bicon Integrated Abutment Crowns™.

     

First Visit:

   


1. Pre-operative radiograph.

5. Crestal bony cut is being made with a thin fissure bur at high speed with external irrigation.

7. Labial view of a crestal, horizontal and two vertical bony cuts prior to soft tissue closure of the surgical site.

Second Visit: – three weeks after previous visit
