This case demonstrates the two-stage placement of two 6.0mm x 5.7mm implants for two maxillary molars, uncovering, implant-level transfer impression, and implant restorations with Bicon Integrated Abutment Crowns™.

     


1. Pre-opearative radiograph.


2. Pre-operative site.

5. Osteotomy being prepared with 2.0mm pilot bur rotating at 1100RPM with external water irrigation.


6. Paralleling pins seated in pilot osteotomies indicating their position and trajectory.


7. Osteotomy being enlarged with a teal 3.0mm latch reamer rotating at 50RPM without water irrigation.


8. Osteotomy being enlarged with a blue 3.5mm latch reamer rotating at 50RPM without water irrigation.


9. Osteotomy being enlarged with a red 4.0mm latch reamer rotating at 50RPM without water irrigation.
