Telescopic Restoration: Atrophic Maxillary Ridge The telescopic restoration solves for many clinicians and patients the perplexing situation of restoring the atrophic maxilla; the ease with which it is done with Bicon implants is all made possible by the 360° of universal positioning of the Bicon abutment shaft and the absence of any type of abutment screw.
