This case demonstrates implant level transfer impression and the restoration of a 4.5mm x 6.0mm maxillary right central incisor implant with Integrated Abutment Crown™.
     


1. Pre-operative radiograph.


2. Radiograph four months after the insertion of a 4.5mm x 6.0mm implant.


3. View of transitional prosthesis prior to two stage uncovering and the making of an implant level transfer impression.
