Immediate Stabilization and Function / All-Ceramic Crowns: Two Cementations
The ease of restoring a bicuspid and molar implant with all-ceramic crowns using aluminum oxide sleeves is demonstrated. During the first patient visit two teeth were extracted and two implants were placed into the extraction sites. An impression recording the relative position of the implants was made. Using one piece acrylic sleeves transitional crowns were fabricated for the immediate stabilization and function of the implants. The following slides depict the second and final patient visit for the placement and restoration of two implants.

1. Two 5.0mm Bicon shouldered abutments after the removal of the transitional crowns.

2. View of the sulcus around the abutments.

3. Molar crown seated on the abutment.

4. Interproximal contact being checked prior to cementing of the
all-ceramic crowns.

5. Resin cement being placed into the crown's aluminum oxide sleeve core.
