Congenitally missing lateral incisor with only 5.0mm of mesio-distal space between the canine and central incisors.

Excellent aesthetics and healthy papillae were facilitated by the extra-oral cementation of the all-ceramic crown to the abutment prior to their being tapped into the implant well as a single unit.
