This case demonstrates the sequencing of tooth extractions, bone grafting and two stage and immediately stabilized and functioning implant placement techniques for twenty-three implants as well as their restoration with twenty-one Integrated Abutment Crowns™ (IACs) and a three unit polyceramic to metal fixed prosthesis.
