This case demonstrates the extraction of failed endodontically treated teeth and the immediate placement and stabilization of two 5.0mm x 8.0mm HA coated maxillary central incisor implants as well as their restoration with Bicon Integrated Abutment Crowns™.

Subsequent to having achieved the appropriate depth and trajectory with a 2.0mm pilot bur, osteotomy is enlarged with an olive green 2.5mm latch bur rotating at 50 RPM without water irrigation.
