A well-trained clinical assistant functioning in an organized clinical environment can easily reduce the time necessary to complete any implant procedure. We invite you to learn how to successfully manage an implant practice.

 

The Bicon Institute’s engaging workshop, Implants for the Auxiliary Staff, demonstrates how proper handling of the implant process, from patient consultation to operatory setup, from surgical/restorative procedures to a final smile can help create successful outcomes for you, your clinician and your patients.

 

CURRICULUM:

  • Patient education and consultation
  • The differences and distinct advantages of dental implant systems
  • Bicon product and techniques
  • Surgical tray and operatory setup
  • Sterilization techniques
  • Key communication with referring dentists and the entire implant team
  • Post-operative instruction and care
  • Knowledge of adjunct procedures including ridge splitting, sinus augmentation, and bone grafting procedures

Audience: Dental assistants, hygienists, implant coordinators, and office staff
