6.0 x 5.7mm Short Implants

Introduced in 2002, the 6.0 x 5.7mm implant is another revolutionary addition to Bicon's existing selection of implants. It provides over 211 sq mm of surface area  for osseointegration, and often eliminates the need for sinus lifts or bone grafting. The short length of 5.7mm allows clinicians to confidently place implants in minimal bone while avoiding the inferior alveolar nerve or the maxillary sinus. This new implant, like all other Bicon implants, is grit blasted and passsivated in a nitric acid solution.
