Internal Sinus Lift Technique

1. Prepare osteotomy to sinus floor.
2. Greenstick fracture sinus floor with narrower osteotome.
3. Place bone graft material into socket.
4. Tap implant into socket elevating sinus floor. When beveled edge is at crest, implant is at proper depth.
5. Insert and cut healing plugs.
6. Place bone graft material over shoulder of implant.
7. Close and wait a minimum of four months for osseointegration.
