This case demonstrates the extraction of three maxillary anterior teeth, the placement and immediate loading of two 4.5 x 8.0 mm Bicon SHORT® Implants and two 8.0mm Fixed-Detachable Universal Transitional Implants with a five-unit screw retained TRINIA® prosthesis using four Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment Copings for an 81-year-old male patient.
