Intra-oral Splinting or Bonding of a Maxillary Lateral to Resolve Loosening of the Abutment

The problematic loosening of a single maxillary anterior abutment and crown is readily solved by the bonding of one or two of the crown’s inter-proximal surfaces to the adjacent tooth or crown restoration with polyceramic material.
