Uncovering of Four Bicon SHORT® Implants with the Subsequent Removal of Three FDUA Transitional Implants and the Fabrication and Insertion of a Screw-Retained Mandibular Full-Arch TRINIA® Prosthesis
This case demonstrates the uncovering of four Bicon SHORT® Implants with the subsequent removal of three Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment (FDUA) Transitional Implants after six months of their successfully supporting a transitional TRINIA® prosthesis for a sixty-three-year-old female patient. The final Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutments were inserted using Titanium Transfer Copings for a conventional open tray abutment-level full-arch transfer impression. Additionally, the permanent TRINIA® prosthesis was secured using Hex Coping Screws of which two were shortened so that they would be positioned slightly below the occlusal aspect of the prosthesis to provide an aesthetic appearance. This is a continuation of a previous case: VIEW CASE |

Fabrication of a Temporary Screw-Retained and a Permanent Telescopic Mandibular TRINIA® Prosthesis Supported by Three FDUA Transitional and Four Bicon SHORT® Implants Respectively for a Fifty-Nine-Year-Old Male Patient
This case demonstrates the placement and removal of three Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment (FDUA) Transitional Implants and their successful one year of use supporting a full-arch temporary screw-retained TRINIA® prosthesis with significant bilateral distal extensions. Additionally, the placement, uncovering and prosthetic restoration using impression posts and sleeves with a conventional implant level transfer impression of four Bicon SHORT® Implants is shown. As well as the fabrication of the permanent telescopic TRINIA® prosthesis with four Universal Abutments and Retentive Copings |

Replacement of a Failed Full-Arch Maxillary PFM Prosthesis with a TRINIA® Full-Arch Prosthesis Supported on Six Bicon SHORT® Implants Using Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutments and Digital Prosthetic Techniques
This case demonstrates both the surgical and prosthetic treatments, which provided a seventy-five-year-old professional male patient (who travels frequently) with the comfort of having a fixed maxillary prosthesis throughout his three years of treatment. Initially, a single molar implant was placed with an internal sinus lift procedure, which after its integration provided stability for a fixed transitional prosthesis. Immediately following the extraction of two right premolar teeth and a left molar and their replacement with implants, a transitional prosthesis was inserted. |

Placement and Immediate Loading with a Mandibular Full-Arch TRINIA® Prosthesis of Four Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment Transitional Implants
This case demonstrates the placement of two 4.0 x 6.0mm and two 4.0 x 8.0mm Standard Profile Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment Transitional Implants using guided surgery and their immediate loading with a mandibular full-arch screw-retained TRINIA® prosthesis with cemented copings within the bores of the TRINIA® prosthesis, subsequent to the placement of four Bicon SHORT® Implants also using guided surgery for their 2.0mm pilot osteotomies. |

Two Full-Arch TRINIA® Telescopic Restorations Featuring Seven Implant Placements and the Use of Both Retentive and Custom Cast Copings for a Seventy-Year-Old Patient in Five Clinical Visits
This case demonstrates the extraction of six teeth and the placement of four maxillary implants (two using sinus lift abutments and others using bone grafting procedures with SynthoGraft™ and Bicon Resorbable Collagen Membranes) and three mandibular implants, uncovering of implants and two conventional implant-level transfer impressions, two occlusal bite registrations, insertion of the mandibular TRINIA® restoration with three cemented Retentive Copings on Universal Abutments and the insertion of the maxillary TRINIA® restoration with four custom cast Sci-tec copings on modified Universal Abutments for a seventy-year-old female patient. The entire treatment was achieved in only five clinical visits during a seven-month period without fabricating any new transitional prostheses. |

Immediate Loading of Two Bicon SHORT® Implants and Two Transitional Implants With a TRINIA® Prosthesis Using Four Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment Copings
This case demonstrates the extraction of three maxillary anterior teeth, the placement and immediate loading of two 4.5 x 8.0 mm Bicon SHORT® Implants and two 8.0mm Fixed-Detachable Universal Transitional Implants with a five-unit screw retained TRINIA® prosthesis using four Fixed-Detachable Universal Abutment Copings for an 81-year-old male patient. |

Insertion of a Fixed Telescopic TRINIA™ CAD/CAM Prosthesis
This case demonstrates the cementation of four telescopic copings into a full-arch maxillary TRINIA™ CAD/CAM prosthesis and its insertion onto four Bicon abutments. The telescopic copings, which are bonded to the prosthesis via Ceraresin® Bond (CRB) by Shofu, are used to realign the abutments to better fit the bores of the prosthesis for both comfort and effective use. |

External and Internal Sinus Lifts, Maxillary Metal-Free TRINIA™ Prosthesis
This case demonstrates an external and internal sinus lift utilizing Piezosurgery® with SynthoGraft™ pure phase Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate, the two-stage maxillary placement of six Bicon implants, uncovering, implant-level transfer impression, and the clinical insertion techniques for a maxillary metal-free implant supported fixed TRINIA™ prosthesis on six Bicon implants. |
