The Insertion of Two Contiguous Implants into a Mandibular Bone Void Using Sinus Lift Abutments with SynthoGraft®, and Their Subsequent Restoration with Two Integrated Abutment Crowns™
This treatment demonstrates the insertion of a 4.0 x 6.0mm implant and a 4.5 x 6.0mm implant into two contiguous mandibular osteotomies, which communicated with each other because of a bone void. After preparation of the implant osteotomies through the crest of cortical bone, the soft tissue content of the bone void was thoroughly removed from the bony walls of the defect with a spoon excavator prior to filling the defect with a putty-like consistency of the patient’s blood and SynthoGraft®, a pure-phase beta-tricalcium phosphate. A sinus lift abutment was used to prevent the implants from being displaced into the defect. Subsequently, the implants were restored with Universal Abutments and Integrated Abutment Crowns (IACs). |

Guided Bone Regeneration Technique and Implant Placement in an Atrophic Mandibular First Molar Site
This treatment offers an alternative to ridge splitting procedures, demonstrating the molar implant placement and simultaneous guided bone regeneration of a 56-year-old woman’s atrophic left mandible. Because of the very thin and dense crestal bone, a high-speed drill was used to initiate the osteotomy prior to the successive use of latch and hand reamers, and the placement of a 4.5 x 6.0mm implant, which was covered with SynthoGraft™ within a collagen membrane pocket. The 5-year post-insertion clinical and radiographic images reveal a successful treatment with significant bone gain. |

Extraction of a Maxillary Left First Premolar and its Replacement with a SHORT® 4.5 x 6.0mm Implant, and Grafting with LPRF, Collagen Membranes, and SynthoGraft™, a pure phase beta tricalcium phosphate
This case demonstrates the extraction of a maxillary left first premolar and its replacement with a SHORT® 4.5 x 6.0mm implant using SynthoGraft™, Leukocyte and Platelet Rich Fibrin (LPRF), and collagen membranes. The osteotomy was carefully prepared using latch and hand reamers in 0.5mm increments despite a buccal bone perforation. |

Restoration of a Maxillary Left First Molar with an Abutment-Level Transfer Impression
This case demonstrates the process of fabricating an abutment-level transfer impression and a transitional crown with a 5L Universal Abutment after uncovering the implant in the area of the maxillary left first molar. |

Placement and Restoration of a 3.0 x 6.0mm SHORT® Implant in a Seemingly Impossible Clinical Situation
This case demonstrates three years of remarkable healing and clinical capabilities of a Bicon implant which was restored with an Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) in a seventy-two-year-old male patient. Due to a variety of extenuating circumstances, a 3.0 x 6.0mm SHORT® Implant was immediately placed with a significant amount of SynthoGraft™, a pure phase beta tricalcium phosphate material, and a collagen membrane in a seemingly impossible clinical situation after the removal of a fractured and infected mandibular lateral incisor. |

Restoration of Two Maxillary Premolar SHORT® Implants with Integrated Abutment Crowns™
This case demonstrates the ease and simplicity of restorative visits with Bicon Dental Implants. In addition, this case also demonstrates the three primary ways to rotate a sulcus former and two ways to record an implant-level transfer impression. |

Extraction and Immediate Placement of a 3.0 x 8.0mm Bicon NARROW™ Implant for a Mandibular Central Incisor and its Restoration with an Integrated Abutment Crown™
This case demonstrates the insertion, restoration, and interdental papillae maturation of a 3.0 x 8.0mm Bicon NARROW™ Implant for a mandibular right central incisor over the course of a two-year period. This case also demonstrates the use of a hand reamer attached to a hand reamer extender. |

Congenitally Missing Maxillary Lateral Incisor Implant Placement on a Seventeen-Year-Old Female
With radiographic and clinical images, this case demonstrates the successful implant restoration of a congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisor with an Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) for a seventeen-year-old female, and the subsequent 2.0mm intraoral lengthening of the IAC when she was twenty-five years old to compensate for the continued eruption of her natural teeth over the period of eight years. |

Congenitally Missing Maxillary Lateral Incisor Implant Placement on a Fifteen-Year-Old Male
With radiographic and clinical images, this case demonstrates the successful implant restoration of a congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisor with an Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) for a fifteen-year-old male, and the subsequent 2.0mm intraoral lengthening of the IAC when he was twenty-two years old to compensate for the continued eruption of his natural teeth over a period of seven years. |

Insertion of Two Mandibular Central Incisor IACs for Two 3.0 x 6.0mm NARROW™ Implants
This case demonstrates the insertion of two mandibular central incisor IACs for Bicon NARROW™ Implants. The 3.0 x 6.0mm implants and 25mm IACs were necessary due to extreme loss of gingival tissue from prior infection. Even with an angulated insertion and placement by a straight threaded handle in a caliper, this case exemplifies how to perform a clinically and aesthetically successful insertion in an extreme situation. |
