Insertion and Restoration of a Mandibular Implant
This case demonstrates the one stage surgical technique for implant placement and the restoration of a Bicon stealth shouldered abutment using a Bicon aluminum oxide sleeve for an all-ceramic crown restoration. |

Maxillary First Molar
This case demonstrates the use of a one-piece acrylic sleeve for making an impression transfer and the use of an aluminum oxide sleeve for the fabrication of an all-ceramic crown. |

Atrophic Maxillary Ridge
The telescopic restoration solves for many clinicians and patients the perplexing situation of restoring the atrophic maxilla; the ease with which it is done with Bicon implants is all made possible by the 360° of universal positioning of the Bicon abutment shaft and the absence of any type of abutment screw. The fact that the Bicon abutment can be milled to act as the primary crown not only reduces a clinician’s chairtime and costs but also enhances aesthetics, since a milled Bicon abutment is not as bulky as a primary casting cemented onto a screw retained implant abutment. |

Extraction, Implant, and Crown in Two Patient Visits
This case demonstrates the clinical ease of achieving aesthetics with an immediately placed and loaded maxillary anterior implant with all-ceramic restoration in only two patient visits. |

Extraction, Four Implants, and Four Crowns in Two Patient Visits
The placement and predictably aesthetic restoration of four implants in two patient visits are facilitated by the use of an abutment shoulder gauge and aluminum oxide sleeves. Extra-oral cementation of the all-ceramic crowns is made possible by Bicon’s 360° of universal abutment positioning. |

Extractions, Six Implants, and Six Crowns in Three Patient Visits
This case demonstrates the ease and minimal patient visits necessary to accomplish the aesthetic restoration of six immediately loaded implants with all-ceramic crowns using components of the Bicon Stealth Abutment System. |

Bar with Screw Retention
Bicon’s abutments for screw-retained restorations are designed with a 20 degree taper of the coronal portion, so elongation or breakage of retention screws is not a problem. Flexibility is provided with two abutments with gingival cuff lengths of 3.0mm and 5.0mm and with post angles of 0 and 15 degrees. |

Maxillary Four Implant-Retained
The maxillary, four implant-retained, soft tissue borne, removable prosthesis is a reliably effective treatment . The many financial and clinical advantages of this restoration are possible by the fact that Bicon’s angled o-ring abutments are capable of 360 degrees of universal positioning. |

Mandibular Three Implant-Retained
This case demonstrates the ease with which dentists and patients can enjoy the many benefits of implant retained overdentures with neither the financial nor time requirements of laboratory procedures. |

Restoration of Two Mandibular Implants
This case demonstrates how predictably aesthetic restorations are easily achieved with the use of a shoulder depth gauge for determining which abutment height will provide an ideal subgingival margin. And how aluminum oxide sleeves facilitate the fabrication of affordable all-ceramic crowns. |
