Immediate Loading of Three Maxillary Implants with a Winged TRINIA® Transitional Prosthesis
This treatment demonstrates the technique of immediately loading two 4.0 x 6.0mm implants and one 5.0 x 5.0mm implant by using a winged TRINIA® transitional prosthesis and one existing 4.5 x 8.0mm implant. |

Guided Bone Regeneration Technique and Implant Placement in an Atrophic Mandibular First Molar Site
This treatment offers an alternative to ridge splitting procedures, demonstrating the molar implant placement and simultaneous guided bone regeneration of a 56-year-old woman’s atrophic left mandible. Because of the very thin and dense crestal bone, a high-speed drill was used to initiate the osteotomy prior to the successive use of latch and hand reamers, and the placement of a 4.5 x 6.0mm implant, which was covered with SynthoGraft™ within a collagen membrane pocket. The 5-year post-insertion clinical and radiographic images reveal a successful treatment with significant bone gain. |

Immediate Placement and Restoration of a Maxillary First Molar with an Extra-Orally Cemented E-Max Crown
This case demonstrates the extraction of a maxillary first molar and the immediate placement of a 6.0 x 6.0mm implant. Additionally, three different impression techniques are presented: implant-level transfer impression, abutment-level transfer impression, and digitally scanned impression flag. Furthermore, the extra-oral cementation of an E-max (lithium disilicate) crown is demonstrated. |

Extraction of a Maxillary Left First Premolar and its Replacement with a SHORT® 4.5 x 6.0mm Implant, and Grafting with LPRF, Collagen Membranes, and SynthoGraft™, a pure phase beta tricalcium phosphate
This case demonstrates the extraction of a maxillary left first premolar and its replacement with a SHORT® 4.5 x 6.0mm implant using SynthoGraft™, Leukocyte and Platelet Rich Fibrin (LPRF), and collagen membranes. The osteotomy was carefully prepared using latch and hand reamers in 0.5mm increments despite a buccal bone perforation. |

Restoration of a Maxillary Left First Molar with an Abutment-Level Transfer Impression
This case demonstrates the process of fabricating an abutment-level transfer impression and a transitional crown with a 5L Universal Abutment after uncovering the implant in the area of the maxillary left first molar. |

Fabrication and Insertion of a Four-Implant Mandibular Full Arch TRINIA™ Telescopic Prosthesis with Two Lithium Disilicate Crowns to Resist Abrasion of Composite Denture Teeth Against Opposing Maxillary Porcelain Restorations
This case demonstrates the fabrication of a four-implant mandibular full arch TRINIA™ telescopic prosthesis, beginning with the making of an implant-level transfer impression and bite registration, followed by the laboratory fabrication of a soft tissue model with four Universal abutments prosthetic posts with two to three degrees of parallelism; a light-cured resin verification jig with milled retentive copings to confirm both a path of insertion and retentiveness of the intended TRINIA™ prosthesis; a light-cured resin seating jig to facilitate the orientation and initial seating of the four Universal abutments intra-orally; and two lithium disilicate molar crowns to preserve the patient’s vertical dimension of the occlusion, by resisting the abrasion of the composite denture teeth against the patient’s maxillary porcelain restorations. Finally, three red retentive copings and one metallic non-retentive coping, which were seated on the Universal abutments, were intra-orally cemented into the bores of the mandibular full arch TRINIA™ prosthesis to provide the patient with a functionally stable and aesthetic restoration. |

Placement and Restoration of a 3.0 x 6.0mm SHORT® Implant in a Seemingly Impossible Clinical Situation
This case demonstrates three years of remarkable healing and clinical capabilities of a Bicon implant which was restored with an Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) in a seventy-two-year-old male patient. Due to a variety of extenuating circumstances, a 3.0 x 6.0mm SHORT® Implant was immediately placed with a significant amount of SynthoGraft™, a pure phase beta tricalcium phosphate material, and a collagen membrane in a seemingly impossible clinical situation after the removal of a fractured and infected mandibular lateral incisor. |

Extraction and Immediate Placement of a 3.0 x 8.0mm Bicon NARROW™ Implant for a Mandibular Central Incisor and its Restoration with an Integrated Abutment Crown™
This case demonstrates the insertion, restoration, and interdental papillae maturation of a 3.0 x 8.0mm Bicon NARROW™ Implant for a mandibular right central incisor over the course of a two-year period. This case also demonstrates the use of a hand reamer attached to a hand reamer extender. |

Placement and Immediate Load of Two Maxillary Central Incisor Implants
This case demonstrates the immediate placement and loading of two maxillary central incisor implants using a TRINIA™ and Ceramage transitional prosthesis and two Bicon Universal Abutments to stabilize two immediately placed 4.5 x 8.0mm implants. |

Four Immediately Placed and Loaded Maxillary Incisors
This case demonstrates the use of a TRINIA™ transitional prosthesis and four Bicon Universal Abutments to stabilize four immediately placed 4.0 x 6.0mm SHORT® Implants after the extraction of four maxillary incisors. |
