This case demonstrates the insertion of two mandibular central incisor IACs for Bicon NARROW™ Implants. The 3.0 x 6.0mm implants and 25mm IACs were necessary due to extreme loss of gingival tissue from prior infection. Even with an angulated insertion and placement by a straight threaded handle in a caliper, this case exemplifies how to perform a clinically and aesthetically successful insertion in an extreme situation.
