Placement of Two 4.5 x 8.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implants and their Restoration with a Two-Unit and a Single Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) for Two Congenitally Missing Maxillary Lateral Incisors and a Right Canine
This treatment demonstrates the extraction of a deciduous maxillary right lateral incisor and its replacement with a 4.5 x 8.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implant adjacent to a congenitally missing canine, as well as bone grafting with SynthoGraft™ in the area of a congenitally missing maxillary left lateral incisor. The placement, six months later, of a 4.5 x 8.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implant in the area of the maxillary right lateral incisor is also shown, as well as the uncovering of the two implants, their full-arch implant-level transfer impression, and their restoration with a two-unit and a single Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC). |

17-Year Follow Up for Two Immediately Loaded Maxillary Central Incisors
This case demonstrates the extraction of two failed endodontically-treated maxillary central incisors, the immediate surgical placement and stabilization of two 5.0 x 8.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implants, and their subsequent restoration with two Integrated Abutment Crowns™ (IACs). This case also includes 6-year and 17-year follow-up radiographs and clinical images demonstrating not only impressive long-term bone maintenance, but also superior gingival aesthetics that last. |

Indirect Abutment-level Impression and Insertion of a New CAD/CAM Hybrid Ceramic Crown for a 6.0 x 5.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implant Five Years After Initial Insertion
This treatment demonstrates the replacement of a CAD/CAM crown for a 6.0 x 5.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implant to improve its aesthetics. A full-arch, indirect abutment-level transfer impression, and the intraoral cementation of a CAD/CAM hybrid ceramic crown to a seated 6 Series Universal Abutment is also shown. |

The Insertion of Two Contiguous Implants into a Mandibular Bone Void Using Sinus Lift Abutments with SynthoGraft®, and Their Subsequent Restoration with Two Integrated Abutment Crowns™
This treatment demonstrates the insertion of a 4.0 x 6.0mm implant and a 4.5 x 6.0mm implant into two contiguous mandibular osteotomies, which communicated with each other because of a bone void. After preparation of the implant osteotomies through the crest of cortical bone, the soft tissue content of the bone void was thoroughly removed from the bony walls of the defect with a spoon excavator prior to filling the defect with a putty-like consistency of the patient’s blood and SynthoGraft®, a pure-phase beta-tricalcium phosphate. A sinus lift abutment was used to prevent the implants from being displaced into the defect. Subsequently, the implants were restored with Universal Abutments and Integrated Abutment Crowns (IACs). |

Extraction and Immediate Placement of a 3.0 x 8.0mm Bicon NARROW™ Implant for a Mandibular Central Incisor and its Restoration with an Integrated Abutment Crown™
This case demonstrates the insertion, restoration, and interdental papillae maturation of a 3.0 x 8.0mm Bicon NARROW™ Implant for a mandibular right central incisor over the course of a two-year period. This case also demonstrates the use of a hand reamer attached to a hand reamer extender. |
Two Stage Placement, Uncovering and Restoration of a Maxillary Left Central Incisor Using a Zirconia CAD/CAM Coping Cemented to an Abutment and e.max® Crown
This case demonstrates the extraction, two-stage placement of a 4.0 x 8.0mm implant with 2.5mm well, its uncovering, implant-level transfer impression, and restoration of a maxillary left central incisor using a zirconia CAD/CAM coping cemented to an abutment and e.max® crown. |

Restoration of a Maxillary Right Central Incisor with an e.max® CAD/CAM Crown
This case demonstrates the uncovering and restoration of a maxillary right central incisor 4.0 x 8.0mm Bicon implant with an abutment with a titanium base and extra-orally cemented zirconia sleeve which was restored with a lithium disilicate crown. |

Internal Sinus Lift with Synthograft™
This case demonstrates the surgical placement with an internal sinus lift procedure using SynthoGraft™ pure phase Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate, and the restoration of a 5.0 x 6.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implant with an Integrated Abutment Crown™. |

Seven Year Follow-Up of an Integrated Abutment Crown™
This case demonstrates the insertion of an IAC™ and its seven year follow-up of the restoration for a congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisor, which includes its intra-oral lengthening of the IAC™ seven years after its insertion. |
