This comprehensive video case study demonstrates the extraction of a mandibular primary molar and the immediate placement of a 5.0 x 6.0mm Bicon SHORT® Implant, including the use of a sulcus former to countersink the orifice of the osteotomy which minimizes the inadvertent displacement of the osteotomy from dense or sloping bone. Additionally, the implant-level impression, temporization, and final seating of the Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) are demonstrated, with 2.5-year follow-up images.

Cette vidéo d’un cas clinique complet montre l’extraction d’une première molaire maxillaire et le placement direct d’un implant court Bicon SHORT® 6,0 x 6,0mm. En outre, trois différentes méthodes de prise d’empreinte sont présentées : la prise d’empreinte au niveau de l’implant, le scannage numérique au niveau de l’implant, et la prise d’empreinte de transfert au niveau du pilier. Le scellement extra-oral d’une couronne en disilicate de lithium et son incorporation définitive sont également démontrés.

В дополнение к этому, показаны три разные методики снятия оттиска: с уровня имплантата, интраоральным сканированием и с уровня абатмента.
