Video nghiên cứu này trình bày việc cấy ghép hai giai đoạn một Implant Bicon SHORT® 5.0 x 6.0mm với quy trình nâng xoang nội, sử dụng phẫu thuật có dẫn hướng cho răng cối đầu tiên của hàm trên, và phục hồi bằng mão răng tích hợp abutment (IAC). Phẫu thuật cấy ghép có dẫn hướng được tiến hành cho một implant 5.0 x 5.0mm, nhằm giảm thiểu nguy cơ thủng xoang và đẩy nhanh việc đặt Implant 5.0 x 6.0mm Bicon SHORT® với quy trình nâng xoang nội. Lỗ khoan sau đó được làm sâu hơn bằng cách sử dụng Mũi khoan phẫu thuật có dân hướng dài hơn thông qua Vòng hướng dẫn 5.0mm cho đến khi đạt được độ sâu cần thiết để tiến hành nâng xoang dự định cho implant 6.0mm. Ngoài ra, video còn có hình ảnh theo dõi sau một tuần, 9 tháng và 5 năm.
