Cette vidéo d’un cas clinique complet montre l’extraction d’une première molaire maxillaire et le placement direct d’un implant court Bicon SHORT® 6,0 x 6,0mm. En outre, trois différentes méthodes de prise d’empreinte sont présentées : la prise d’empreinte au niveau de l’implant, le scannage numérique au niveau de l’implant, et la prise d’empreinte de transfert au niveau du pilier. Le scellement extra-oral d’une couronne en disilicate de lithium et son incorporation définitive sont également démontrés.

The History of The Bicon Design

The Bicon System has its origins dating back to 1968. Initial research was conducted at Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus, Ohio by Thomas Driskell.
