On June 6, 2020, Shadi Daher, DMD, FICD, AAOMS Fellow, presented a live webcast discussing internal sinus lifts with SynthoGraft®, a synthetic bone augmentation material. In his presentation, Dr. Daher discussed the anatomy, histology, instrumentation, and clinical techniques of several representative clinical treatments with their long-term radiographic results.

Naredna studija slučaja prikazaće planiranje terapije, preparaciju u kosti i dvofaznu ugradnju 4,5×6,0mm Bicon Short implanta, na mestu urođeno nedostajućeg gornjeg premolara kod dvadeset šestogodišnje pacijentkinje. Pored mašinskih proširivača, upotrebljeni su i ručni proširivači pretvoreni u mašinske pomoću adaptera, čime je postignuta bolja kontrolapreparacije, posebno u regijama sa tankom kosti.

Naredna studija slučaja prikazaće planiranje terapije, preparaciju u kosti i ugradnju 4.0×8.0mm Bicon implanta, sa 2,5mm unutrašnjim promerom implanta, na poziciji očnjaka u gornjoj vilici, uz upotrebu kolagene membrane i SynthoGraft koštanog zamenika. Nakon četiri meseca osteointegracije, sledstveno prikazani su i otvaranje implanta,uzimanje otiska na nivou implantai protetska rehabilitacija saIntegrisanom abatment runom (IAC). Pored toga videćemo i reparaturu 15 godina stare IAC krune na poziciji lateralnog sekutića, zbog postizanja bolje gingivalne estetike.

Este vídeo técnico muestra la planificación del caso, extracción, preparación de la osteotomía y colocación inmediata de un implante de 4.0×8.0mm con poste de 2.5mm en un incisivo lateral maxilar. También se muestra la técnica para modificar la trayectoria de la fresa piloto durante el fresado en una pendiente. Esta técnica facilita la colocación ideal del implante. Para la preparación de la osteotomía, se utilizan fresas manuales con el instrumento adaptador roscado, que ofrecen mayor control – especialmente en hueso fino.

Este vídeo técnico muestra la planificación del caso y la colocación en una sola fase de dos implantes cortos Bicon adyacentes de 4.5×6.0mm en un paciente de 66 años. También se muestra el avellanado de la osteotomía que evita el desplazamiento involuntario de las fresas. Y el uso de los pines guía, pines de paralelismo, expansores de hueso y fresas manuales como guías durante la preparación de la osteotomía.

Daarbij wordt het countersinken van de osteotomie getoond om wegglijden van de reamers te voorkomen, evenals het gebruik van guide pins, parallelstiften, botverbreders en hand reamers als richting tijdens de preparatie van de osteotomie.
