	Ugradnja 4.0×8.0mm implanta na poziciji očnjaka u gornjoj vilici i protetska rehabilitacija sa integrisanom abatment krunom (IAC) Posted on June 5, 2020 in International, Serbian Naredna studija slučaja prikazaće planiranje terapije, preparaciju u kosti i ugradnju 4.0×8.0mm Bicon implanta, sa 2,5mm unutrašnjim promerom implanta, na poziciji očnjaka u gornjoj vilici, uz upotrebu kolagene membrane i SynthoGraft koštanog zamenika. Nakon četiri meseca osteointegracije, sledstveno prikazani su i otvaranje implanta,uzimanje otiska na nivou implantai protetska rehabilitacija saIntegrisanom abatment runom (IAC). Pored toga videćemo i reparaturu 15 godina stare IAC krune na poziciji lateralnog sekutića, zbog postizanja bolje gingivalne estetike.
	Il posizionamento in due fasi di un impianto 4.0×8.0mm mascellare anteriore e la sua protesizzazione con la IAC (Integrated Abutment Crown™) Posted on April 16, 2020 in International, Italian Questo caso clinico dimostra la pianificazione del caso, la preparazione dell’osteotomia e il posizionamento di un impianto 4.0 x 8.0 mm con un pozzetto da 2,5 mm in posizione del canino mascellare di sinistra, usando una membrana in collagene e la procedura di innesto osseo con il SynthoGraft ™. Dopo quattro mesi di guarigione, viene scoperto, viene presa l’impronta a livello dell’ impianto e per concludere viene inserita la IAC (Integrated Abutment Crown ™) . Inoltre, verrà mostrata la modifica di una IAC a livello dell’incisivo laterale di sinistra, di 15 anni per migliorarne l’estetica gengivale.

After four months of healing, its uncovering, implant-level impression, and restoration with an Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC) are shown. Additionally, the modification of the adjacent 15-year-old lateral incisor IAC to improve gingival aesthetics is demonstrated.

Установлен коротий имплантат Bicon 4,5 х 6,0 мм, проведено его раскрытие после остеоинтеграции, снят оттиск с уровня имплантата, установлена интегрированная коронка (IAC). Видео дополнено рентгенограммой, сделанной через пять месяцев после завершения лечения.
